1 loaf french toast bread or cinamon swirl bread - cut in cubes
6 beaten eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 c. milk
cinnamon (optional)
powdered sugar
syrup
1. lightly grease 13x9x2 baking dish.
2. place cubred bread in dish
3. Beat eggs, milk, vanilla with whisk. Pour over bread. Cover and refridgerate at least one hour ( I do overnight)
4. uncover - bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
5. Let cool 5 minutes. Sift powdered sugar over top.
6. Serve with syrup.
